In years, it's a little, but in facts and events, it's a lot.
✅ We started during the COVID-19 pandemic with all the associated challenges.
✅ We kept our team without any layoffs when the full-scale invasion began (unlike most companies in the market).
✅ We significantly grew in Ukraine and opened an office in the UAE.
✅ We mastered UAE legislation, set up business processes, and scaled our business exponentially.
✅ We have developed qualified managers to director positions, who are now leading three companies. Together, we are opening new directions and expanding our functionality.
✅ We didn't lose a single client due to client-initiated decisions.
✅ The team's motivation to grow together continues to increase, and this is a source of particular pride.
✅ We work with foreign companies in Ukraine, and each of our clients is among the top 5 or top 10 in their industry worldwide, with headquarters spanning from the USA to Japan, Finland to Spain.
✅ 80% of the team consists of former Big4 employees and certified accountants with international qualifications such as DipIFR and CAP.
✅ We value and respect each other. Relationships with clients are built on mutual respect, not the misguided notion that "the customer is always right." Our most valuable asset is our team, so any disrespectful or unethical treatment of our employees will lead to the suspension of cooperation with the client, regardless of the number of zeros in the contract.
✅ We don't change our values, and this creates a supportive atmosphere within the team and our corporate culture.
But what stands behind all of this?

And I cannot help but feel proud of the Ukrainian professionals, especially accountants, who are not only adaptive but ready for growth, new challenges, and constant learning, even in the state of perpetual stress caused by the war.
Books could and should be written about the resilience of every Ukrainian business that has survived and continues to grow, creating jobs, paying taxes, and supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
For now, I wish all of us a swift victory and the opportunity to work under peaceful skies, living the happy life we have dreamed of and built.
